What you will do

• Translate technical model and product launches into narratives tailored for business buyers, specifically CIOs, CFOs, and CISOs.
• Lead end-to-end partnership and customer storytelling to create a library of proof points for sales and marketing.
• Develop vertical-specific communications for priority industries such as financial services and healthcare.
• Manage executive thought leadership for commercial and product leaders across media, stages, and social channels.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to create distinct messaging and competitive positioning.
• Write high-impact content including blog posts, briefing documents, and bylines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
• Strong writing skills across multiple formats, including blogs, briefings, and social media.
• Proven experience in enterprise communications (product, partner, customer, or executive).
• Deep understanding of how C-level executives evaluate and adopt new technology.
• Established relationships with enterprise technology and business reporters.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• 8-15+ years of experience in B2B technology or SaaS communications.
• Direct experience with AI or ML product communications.
