What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive board-level and module-level validation test plans for hirify.global hardware.
• Perform electrical validation for silicon, boards, and systems, covering high-speed/low-speed interfaces and power delivery networks (PDN).
• Document validation results, track bugs, and clearly communicate test plans and outcomes.
• Support hardware bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
• Enhance validation efficiency and scalability through the development of scripts and automation tools.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware electrical validation.
• Proficiency with bench tools: oscilloscopes, DMM, e-load, power supplies, and thermal chambers.
• Practical knowledge of signal and power integrity (SI/PI) and the ability to identify risks.
• Ability to read board schematics and layouts using Cadence (Allegro) or Altium.
• Must be able to work onsite in Taipei City.

Nice to have

• Experience validating multi-phase voltage regulators and PDN methodologies.
• Expertise in SI/PI validation using VNA, TDR, BERT, and probing stations.
• Experience with communication protocols like PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, and SPI.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting/automation.
