Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Compensation: $55 - $75 per hour

What you will do
- Administer and maintain the Workday system, including business process frameworks, security roles, and tenant configuration.
- Configure and support Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Financials.
- Manage and maintain integrations using tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to ensure data visibility.
- Support bi-annual Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
Requirements
- Authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
- Strong experience with Workday configuration and business process frameworks.
- Experience supporting at least one core Workday module (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.).
- Proficiency with Workday reporting tools, calculated fields, and dashboards.
Nice to have
- Workday certifications (e.g., HCM, Integration, Financials).
- Experience in multi-tenant environments or large enterprise organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile or project-based work environments.
