TL;DR

Workday Administrator (ERP): Maintaining and optimizing the Workday platform with an accent on system stability, functional support, and integration management. Focus on configuring HCM and Finance modules, managing EIB/Studio integrations, and ensuring data integrity.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Compensation: $55 - $75 per hour

What you will do

  • Administer and maintain the Workday system, including business process frameworks, security roles, and tenant configuration.
  • Configure and support Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Financials.
  • Manage and maintain integrations using tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to ensure data visibility.
  • Support bi-annual Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
  • Strong experience with Workday configuration and business process frameworks.
  • Experience supporting at least one core Workday module (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Workday reporting tools, calculated fields, and dashboards.

Nice to have

  • Workday certifications (e.g., HCM, Integration, Financials).
  • Experience in multi-tenant environments or large enterprise organizations.
  • Familiarity with Agile or project-based work environments.
