Salary: $184,000 – $241,500

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and SOAP/REST APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations between Workday and hirify.global to enable scalable people data pipelines and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide production support, including monitoring, troubleshooting failures, and performing root cause analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across integrations according to governance and privacy standards.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate development, and enhance documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience in a global environment.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs (SOAP/REST), Workday Extend, and Orchestrate.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services technologies.
• Strong understanding of Workday data models, business objects, and security frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin, CA or Menlo Park, CA offices (hybrid, 3 days/week).

Nice to have

• Experience with integration middleware or iPaaS solutions such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Proven experience experimenting with AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude.
