What you will do
- Lead large-scale, high-complexity HubSpot implementation projects from discovery to delivery.
- Design and configure advanced RevOps workflows, custom objects, and data schemas.
- Manage native integrations with external tech stacks like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Build complex dashboards to demonstrate ROI and optimize lead-to-cash processes.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients on customized HubSpot instances.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align CRM solutions with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience building complex solutions within the HubSpot platform.
- Written and verbal fluency in Canadian French is required.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- Deep expertise in RevOps, data governance, and HubSpot native integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Professional communication skills with experience managing senior-level client relationships.
Nice to have
- HubSpot Solutions Architect or Revenue Operations certifications.
- Experience working within a HubSpot Partner agency environment.
- Familiarity with CRM migration projects and data mapping.
- Exposure to RevOps tools like Gong, Outreach, or Zapier.
- Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
