Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for aviation customers to resolve issues, negotiate requirements, and maintain positive relationships.
- Manage account readiness, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule.
- Utilize technical expertise to guide customers in the operation and maintenance of the Starlink system.
- Implement airline and aircraft entry-into-service and growth plans, providing training on operations and reliability.
- Design and lead the implementation of system enhancements to improve internal and external process interfaces.
- Travel up to 40% to partner offices, regional conferences, and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 6+ years of professional account management or sales experience.
- 6+ years of experience working with customers to support a technical product or service.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR).
- Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed to support critical milestones.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to other offices and customer locations.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience in commercial/business aviation and satellite communications.
- Experience working with the FAA, EASA, or other aerospace regulatory bodies.
- Ability to manage execution of complex contracts, including renegotiation of terms and schedules.
- Track record of sound business judgment and successful recommendation adoption.
