What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Power BI solutions, including data ingestion, modeling, visualization, and governance.
• Design and develop optimized Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards aligned with business requirements.
• Establish best practices for data modeling, star schema, DAX optimization, and performance tuning.
• Drive data governance, security, and compliance using Fabric and Power BI capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Ensure integration of Power BI with the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure Synapse and Fabric pipelines.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in Data Analytics with strong experience in Power BI leadership roles.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI Data modeling, DAX, report design, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns, including medallion architecture and lake house ETL/ELT.
• Experience with Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and ADLS.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools.
• Experience implementing data governance, security, and row-level security (RLS) in Power BI Fabric.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise-scale Fabric implementations.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data science workloads within Fabric.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL300, DP600, Fabric certifications).
• Experience with Agile delivery models.
