What you will do

• Collaborate with business partners to create reporting and visualization solutions using Power BI.
• Present data-driven insights to senior leaders and advisors to drive sound business decisions.
• Prototype, test, and deploy automated reporting solutions into production.
• Apply statistical and digital methods to solve complex business problems.
• Coach and mentor other BI analysts on the creation and application of digital solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the US; no work sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.
• Experience in business data analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in technical writing and research analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data visualization.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Experience designing dynamic views for large and complex datasets in Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Management Studio, R, DevOps, Excel, or Alteryx.
