TL;DR
Manager, Data Management (Life Sciences): Leading and managing data operations for pharma clients with an accent on data warehousing, MDM, and commercial analytics. Focus on building complex reporting enhancements, directing data processing teams, and managing high-touch client relationships.
Location: Hybrid (New York City, NY / Princeton, NJ). Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
Salary: $150,000 – $240,000

What you will do
- Provide project leadership and oversee team members for ongoing operations and process improvements.
- Develop proposals and ensure high-quality delivery of client services within budget and timelines.
- Design and implement complex enhancements for reports, online tools, and data processes.
- Direct data processing and analytics teams to produce executive dashboards, field reports, and scorecards.
- Manage external client relationships and identify opportunities for firm growth and new offerings.
- Mentor and train diverse global teams while promoting an inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 8 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.
- Strong understanding of Pharma commercial functions: Data Management, Data warehousing, MDM, and BI.
- Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Coding skills in SAS, Python, and SQL, plus experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

- Experience with MDM Reltio.
