What you will do

• Define, refine, and evolve key metrics and KPIs as the Specialty Care program scales across new conditions.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Hex, or Omni to monitor member engagement and clinical outcomes.
• Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to answer emerging business questions and identify performance gaps.
• Support data integrity by contributing to dbt models and ensuring scalable data structures.
• Serve as a data advisor to leadership, proactively shaping success measurement and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to ensure comprehensive reporting and data alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Looker or other similar tools like Tableau, including data modeling.
• Must be based in the US (inferred from US-specific benefits like 401k, HSA, and FSA).
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.
• Proven track record as an early adopter of AI and LLMs to accelerate analytics and insights.
