Investment Systems Analyst (Fintech): Providing solution support for investment systems and data processes to support business decision-making with an accent on system reliability and data integrity. Focus on interfacing between Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Engineering teams to enhance investment workflows and data visualizations.

Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN (minimum three days a week on-site)

Salary: $70,434 – $95,294 per year

What you will do

• Provide front-line process and system support for assigned business staff and investment systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve the reliability and effectiveness of investment systems and data solutions.
• Act as a primary liaison between Portfolio Managers, Traders, Research Analysts, and IT teams.
• Ensure the integrity and successful movement of key data through complex investment systems.
• Contribute to the implementation of new processes, systems, and data visualizations, including requirements and testing.
• Develop efficient reporting methods in partnership with Reporting Analysts and Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in the asset management industry in a systems or data analyst role.
• Experience with Aladdin or similar Portfolio Management systems.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN (minimum 3 days/week).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting or analytical tools such as R, Python, SQL, or Snowflake.
• Experience with FactSet and Bloomberg.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income securities and benchmarks.
• Industry certifications such as CFA, CIPM, or an MBA.
