What you will do

• Analyze daily reports to identify and resolve data quality issues and operational concerns.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Act as a Product Owner, managing the backlog and prioritizing requirements.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for system enhancements.
• Develop reporting dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
• Strong SQL experience with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting technical requirements.
• Experience supporting UAT and regression testing activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Risk, Compliance, or Financial Crimes.
• Previous experience supporting large enterprise financial institutions like Wells Fargo.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Product Owner frameworks.
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
