What you will do

• Implement and enhance life products within Sales Illustration and Policy Administration systems.
• Develop comprehensive requirements and business models, translating end-user needs into technical specifications.
• Perform quality assurance by creating repeatable test plans and diagnosing complex software defects.
• Maintain critical system data elements, rules, tables, and configurable applications.
• Provide production support and detailed diagnostic information to software developers to resolve system anomalies.
• Create end-user procedures and manuals and provide training for new system functionality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (implied by US benefits and HQ location).
• 2+ years of applicable work or technical experience.
• Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to comprehend and analyze complex life product specifications and calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
• English: Proficiency in written and oral communication is required.

• Experience with life policy administration or financial systems.
