What you will do

• Manage day-to-day activities and overall performance of the Patient Coordinator team.
• Provide coaching, development, and assessment reporting for team members.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales.
• Act as a patient advocate to support existing customers, coordinate logistics, and solve problems.
• Maintain and manage business system tools such as Salesforce and QlikView.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA/PHI privacy and security regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills.
