What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with the company's go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and networking to deal closure.
  • Lead high-level discussions with health system executives to articulate product value.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine product positioning, pricing, and sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex solutions to hospitals and health systems.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and economic drivers.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales processes and closing deals.
  • Ability to travel periodically (approximately 50%).
  • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading product demonstrations in the healthcare space.
  • Strategic business development or management consulting background.
  • MBA or equivalent higher education.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations.
