What you will do
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with the company's go-to-market strategy.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and networking to deal closure.
- Lead high-level discussions with health system executives to articulate product value.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that simplify complex technical concepts.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine product positioning, pricing, and sales processes.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience selling complex solutions to hospitals and health systems.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and economic drivers.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales processes and closing deals.
- Ability to travel periodically (approximately 50%).
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.

- Strategic business development or management consulting background.
- MBA or equivalent higher education.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations.
