TL;DR

Clinical Account Manager (Medtech): Driving the launch and organic growth of the hirify.global EEG platform in hospitals with an accent on physician education and clinical training. Focus on expanding the install base, building clinical advocacy, and managing new account deployments.

Location: Must be based in the Kansas City region (no remote applicants). Role requires 60% travel (3 days a week).

Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 USD

Medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through a novel, point-of-care EEG platform.

What you will do

  • Expand hirify.global usage within existing customers and launch the platform at new hospital sites.
  • Drive the introduction of new products and technology to the current install base.
  • Build advocacy and champions within facilities by using hospital data to validate interest.
  • Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on the clinical usage of company products.
  • Partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure.
  • Manage administrative tasks and reporting using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience or 5 years of medical device/pharma sales experience.
  • Alternatively, RN qualification with industry experience supporting sales teams.
  • Must be based within the Kansas City region.
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time (3 days per week).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic prioritization skills.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience or experience working with disruptive technology.
  • Medical device or neuro ICU clinical experience.
  • Proven sales track record.
