What you will do

  • Define and lead the end-to-end strategy and lifecycle management of all sales materials and RFP responses.
  • Establish a performance measurement framework for the revenue organization using KPIs like win rates and pipeline health.
  • Optimize pipeline management strategy and CRM governance to ensure data integrity and forecasting accuracy.
  • Drive cross-functional operating models across Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Develop and implement sales capability strategies, including structured coaching frameworks and methodology adoption.
  • Own the onboarding strategy and enablement experience for new hires to accelerate time-to-productivity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA
  • Employer does not offer work visa sponsorship
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, sales operations, marketing, or training/development.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales enablement strategy, revenue operations, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and content creation tools.
  • Strong communication, project management, and coaching skills.
