What you will do

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to manage GTM operating cadences, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Design and manage sales quota frameworks, territory planning, and incentive structures.
  • Lead GTM planning and cross-functional collaboration to align field incentives with ARR goals.
  • Oversee deal desk operations and contract management to ensure strategic positioning.
  • Analyze regional performance to identify trends, best practices, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive an AI-forward culture by implementing tools to automate workflows and accelerate data analysis.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Americas
  • Proven experience leading Revenue Operations teams in a global organization.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights.
  • Experience working with Sales teams and cross-functional groups.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for workflow automation and data analysis.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Callidus, PowerBI, and SQL.
