TL;DR

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales VPs on segment strategy, ICP prioritization, and territory design.
  • Lead QBR preparation and delivery, synthesizing pipeline data and competitive dynamics into clear recommendations.
  • Drive annual and quarterly planning by pressure-testing GTM investment theses with quantitative viewpoints.
  • Manage the weekly operating rhythm, including forecast inputs, pipeline reviews, and leadership prep.
  • Integrate AI-native workflows into operations for account research and executive content generation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience across revenue/sales operations, quota-carrying sales, or GTM strategy/management consulting.
  • Proven experience being embedded directly within a quota-carrying sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency to independently query Salesforce-derived data.
  • Experience owning major GTM motions end-to-end, such as territory redesign or quota modeling.
  • Must be based in New York, NY or San Mateo, CA.
  • Active usage of AI tools in current professional workflow.

Nice to have

  • Experience at an AI/ML infrastructure or developer tools company.
  • Background in management consulting or strategic finance.
  • Familiarity with GPU economics or consumption-based pricing models.
  • Experience supporting a sales organization through a significant scaling event.
