Salary: $150,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor regional project engineering associates through the full project lifecycle from requirements to support.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for project engineering to ensure client goals are met.
• Recruit, hire, and train resources to align engineering capabilities with project needs.
• Develop and implement engineering standards and processes, maintaining quality through project audits.
• Manage resource assignments and load balancing across territories and specialties.
• Drive risk assessment analysis and track team performance regarding utilization and profitability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of extensive construction engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Media systems integration, Workplace, and Media systems.
• Proficiency in SMPTE 2110, IP Routing, and Cloud Production.
• Experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Must be based in the US West Coast geography.

Nice to have

• CTS-I and/or CTS-D certifications.
• Manufacturer certifications.
• Proven conflict resolution and business management skills.
• Experience with financial and time management tools.
