Engineer Lead

Salary: $150,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Shape the technical direction of programs while managing people and mentoring engineers.
• Provide coaching and define growth goals and development plans for team members.
• Lead team processes and implement best practices to improve program delivery.
• Partner with key stakeholders to advocate for technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs.
• Manage hiring, performance evaluations, timecards, and PTO for the engineering team.
• Participate in bid-writing, strategic planning, and client-facing communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of professional experience (relevant experience may be substituted).
• 2+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and leading tasking efforts.
• Extensive experience with software development and customer interactions.
• Must be based in the United States to support federal clients and access US-specific benefits.
