What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end evolution of the member web app into a cohesive, trusted digital experience.
• Define the strategy for AI-powered engagement, balancing personalized guidance with clinical safety.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, clinical, and data science teams.
• Establish foundational product systems for personalization, content delivery, and engagement measurement.
• Implement a rigorous experimentation strategy to drive member growth and behavioral change.
• Represent product capabilities to external partners and payers to demonstrate value.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer or member-facing digital products.
• Healthcare industry experience, specifically in care delivery, digital health, or value-based care models.
• Proven track record in ambiguous, 0→1 environments defining strategy and building conviction.
• Strong design sensibility and deep understanding of behavior change principles.
• Exceptional communication skills for framing vision to diverse audiences from engineers to executives.
• Genuine excitement for AI and its potential to transform consumer experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology, serious illness care, or chronic condition management.
• Background in health plan partnerships.
