What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective candidate pipelines.
- Source and screen candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Manage the full candidate experience from first contact through to the offer.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain an accurate ATS.
- Support onboarding for new hires.
- Handle general people operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to own processes independently without close supervision.
- Reliable availability during US business hours.
