Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in HR or recruitment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Experience in performance coaching.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
