What you will do

  • Manage and update candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing timely updates and answering inquiries.
  • Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and assist with new hire onboarding.
  • Draft job postings, manage job boards, and conduct talent sourcing on professional networks.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple time zones and calendars.
  • Assist with prescreen assessments and support proposal/pricing efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent coordination.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities.
