What you will do
- Drive the full talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality global talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on job descriptions and candidate shortlists.
- Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn, webinars, podcasts, and events.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a welcoming and successful experience for new hires.
- Own the employee experience interface and transition manual support into automated, scalable self-service solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in both startup and scale-up environments.
- Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition, people operations, and onboarding.
- Ability to thrive in an asynchronous environment requiring independent work and global collaboration.
- Clear, concise, and engaging communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a pragmatic approach to planning and execution.
