What you will do

  • Drive the full talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality global talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on job descriptions and candidate shortlists.
  • Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn, webinars, podcasts, and events.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a welcoming and successful experience for new hires.
  • Own the employee experience interface and transition manual support into automated, scalable self-service solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in both startup and scale-up environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition, people operations, and onboarding.
  • Ability to thrive in an asynchronous environment requiring independent work and global collaboration.
  • Clear, concise, and engaging communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a pragmatic approach to planning and execution.
