Customer Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

Location: Remote-first, must be based in the continental United States. Hybrid or in-office presence preferred for those within commuting distance of our Rocklin, CA office.

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually.

What you will do

• Define project scope, schedule, and cost basis for utility-scale proposals.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including Medium Voltage station integration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and EPC partners.
• Coordinate with Sales to negotiate contracts and manage order changes.
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress reports.
• Identify and implement process improvement projects to enhance delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the continental United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of contracts and legal documentation.
• Excellent technical communication skills for customer-facing meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Electrical or mechanical background.
• Basic Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM).
• Proficiency in German or Spanish.
• Experience with Monday.com or SAP.
