What you will do

• Manage the bottom-line for HV, MV, and LV substation projects, including transmission lines.
• Lead project teams through conceptual design and procurement phases.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and scope of services.
• Act as the primary interface between clients, external stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs for services work.
• Promote a strong safety culture across corporate and field environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in high, medium, and low-voltage substations.
• Professional license (PE, P.Eng, or equivalent).
• Experience across multiple phases of project execution.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to project sites.
