What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the QMARS case management system.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Manage integrated project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with CMS priorities and contract requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison to CMS stakeholders and leadership, facilitating executive briefings and decision-making sessions.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, maintaining a comprehensive risk register and developing mitigation plans.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale federal IT programs (CMS preferred).
• Proven experience delivering complex system implementations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services programs.
• Experience with case management systems or healthcare IT platforms.
• PMP certification.
