Project Manager (Pharma): Leading the end-to-end execution of marketing projects within a pharmaceutical agency environment with an accent on timeline development, budget management, and cross-functional resource allocation. Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Toronto, or Chicago hubs preferred).

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 a year

What you will do

  • Create and manage Scopes of Work (SOW) and project plans.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to forecast work, allocate resources, and manage project workflows.
  • Develop timelines and maintain projects within budget, proactively flagging risks.
  • Lead project kick-off and status meetings to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  • Facilitate internal creative reviews and ensure all assets meet approval standards.
  • Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years of project or account management experience in a Pharma agency environment.
  • Proven experience with timeline development and budget management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Workfront, and Jira.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
