Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Dallas, Texas, US)

What you will do

  • Conduct outreach to prospective customers via cold calling, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives to build the sales pipeline.
  • Manage a personal book of accounts and develop strategies for effective lead management.
  • Maintain high daily activity levels, targeting 80-100 activities per day.
  • Utilize sales tools including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, and Gong.
  • Collaborate with SDR Managers and Sales Enablement to improve role efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience, ideally as an SDR working with Enterprise accounts.
  • Must be based in Dallas, TX to fulfill the hybrid requirement (3 days in-office).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of resilience and a growth-oriented player mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to implement feedback.
