What you will do
- Conduct outreach to prospective customers via cold calling, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives to build the sales pipeline.
- Manage a personal book of accounts and develop strategies for effective lead management.
- Maintain high daily activity levels, targeting 80-100 activities per day.
- Utilize sales tools including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, and Gong.
- Collaborate with SDR Managers and Sales Enablement to improve role efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience, ideally as an SDR working with Enterprise accounts.
- Must be based in Dallas, TX to fulfill the hybrid requirement (3 days in-office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of resilience and a growth-oriented player mindset.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to implement feedback.
