TL;DR

Lead Development Representative (Sales Enablement): Strengthening the operational foundation of the BDR sales organization by managing the tool stack and driving AI initiatives with an accent on process documentation, training, and workflow optimization. Focus on improving rep productivity, sharpening targeting strategies, and ensuring seamless adoption of sales technologies.

Location: Must be based in the United States (100% remote)

What you will do

  • Own and manage the full BDR tools stack, including administration and day-to-day issue resolution.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of AI-powered capabilities to improve rep productivity and pipeline quality.
  • Design and deliver training programs for tools, workflows, and processes for new and existing team members.
  • Create and maintain accurate process documentation, playbooks, and quick-reference guides.
  • Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and feature rollouts across all tool partners.
  • Lead persona development projects to sharpen BDR targeting and messaging.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data, usage metrics, and operational reporting.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adopt, and train others on new tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in applying AI tools to accelerate work and eliminate low-value tasks.

Nice to have

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue-facing support.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience building or maintaining sales playbooks and training materials.
  • Background in BDR/SDR prospecting motions and outbound campaign strategy.
