Solutions Architect II (LegalTech)

Solutions Architect II (LegalTech): Driving new business and expansion across the law firm segment by serving as the primary technical expert for the platform with an accent on discovery, platform demonstrations, and Proof of Value (POV) execution. Location: Must be based in Oakland, California, USA (Hybrid: WFH Tuesdays and Fridays)

Salary: $140,000 base, $200,000 OTE

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, polished platform demonstrations, and deep-dives for law firm and corporate prospects.
• Plan and execute Proof of Value (POV) cycles, including defining success criteria and managing evaluation logistics.
• Contribute to RFx responses, including RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Bridge the gap between client needs and product direction by providing structured field feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to drive deal strategy.
• Stay current on ediscovery trends and the evolution of generative AI in legal workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Oakland, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 3+ years of experience in ediscovery with hands-on experience in a major platform (e.g., hirify.global, Relativity, DISCO).
• Prior experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or a comparable client-facing technical role.
• Solid command of core ediscovery processes (EDRM, processing, review, analytics).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor technical narratives to different audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client onsites and AI Labs.
