What you will do

• Scope custom implementations, integrations, and technical solutions for prospects and strategic customers.
• Perform post-sales discovery and design of custom solutions, including requirements gathering and prototyping.
• Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and build service estimates including pricing and timeframes.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Groovy to enhance services delivery.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Solutions Engineering to align delivery with SOW deliverables.
• Coach and mentor newer Solutions Architects and contribute to internal training and webinars.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in architecting or supporting IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux, networking, security, cloud, or virtualization).
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing professional services or consulting role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy.
• Experience with REST or SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and regular expressions.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new employer sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.
