Solutions Architect – Strategic Projects (ERP)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end test plans and validate configuration models for complex multi-product implementations.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, defining acceptance criteria in partnership with clients and product teams.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on product behavior and data issues, escalating systemic patterns to leadership.
• Translate multi-stakeholder requirements into product-driven configurations and technical designs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to route field observations into the product roadmap.
• Contribute to the evolution of Professional Services delivery methodology and configuration standards.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, software QA, or solutions architecture, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience executing QA and validation delivery on complex, multi-workstream technology programs.
• Proficiency in end-to-end test plans, workflow design, data migration, and cloud-based platform architecture.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (On-site).
• Willingness to travel to client sites for discovery, testing workshops, and go-live support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience.

Nice to have

• ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification.
• Experience with state and local government technology programs.
