What you will do

• Process and monitor customer orders in internal systems (AS400/ISIS) ensuring accuracy and deadline compliance.
• Prepare and maintain detailed sales and administrative reports in Excel.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Center (DC) to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
• Track and resolve order, inventory, and administrative issues.
• Assist in the preparation of KPI reports focusing on response times and service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional areas including Sales, Logistics, and Finance.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, sales support, or commercial roles.
• Language: Spanish (native/advanced) required.
• Knowledge of sales administration and logistics processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AS400 (ISIS).
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• English language proficiency.
