Salary: $219,600 - $293,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for the Integrations platform to ensure scalability with product growth.
• Lead the design and implementation of Public/Private APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows.
• Utilize AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions to power integration workflows.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party platforms like Salesforce, Workato, and Zapier.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching.
• Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools to boost engineering quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on backend and systems integration.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area (in-office 3x a week).
• Expertise in designing robust APIs, Microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in at least two of: Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Strong experience with AWS and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Proven experience in startup environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building or maintaining Salesforce integrations (NPC, NPSP, Experience Cloud).
• Understanding of how different CRM products work.
• Demonstrated use of AI development tools to accelerate delivery.
• Working experience with PHP Laravel.
