Salary: $115,000.00–$160,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Independently own large-scoped projects from discovery through launch, focusing on outcomes and customer impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions for customer challenges.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing systems.
• Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership, knowledge-sharing, and mentorship.
• Add capabilities to high-volume, fault-tolerant processing infrastructure.
• Enhance testing, monitoring, and continuous deployment infrastructure while securing sensitive data.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in server-side languages like Python, Java, Node.js, or Ruby.
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of database fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (basic deployment and monitoring).
• Experience collaborating with designers and product managers on feature development.

Nice to have

• Go experience.
• Interest in helping junior developers and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
