What you will do

• Lead architecture and execution for large-scale platform initiatives across regional deployments.
• Define technical strategy for provisioning, capacity management, and service onboarding.
• Identify and address architectural gaps, cross-service dependencies, and systemic risks.
• Create durable patterns, frameworks, and documentation to enable team autonomy.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for system design and incident response.
• Represent technical perspectives in leadership discussions and cross-org planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code and platform orchestration (e.g., Terraform).
• 2+ years of demonstrated ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools.
• 5+ years of hands-on on-call experience with incident response and post-incident retrospectives.
• Proven experience delivering production software in languages such as Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
