Salary: $140,000 - $226,500/yr

What you will do

• Own the post-sale services lifecycle for strategic global accounts, acting as the primary voice of the customer.
• Collaborate with C-suite leaders and internal teams to develop success plans and ensure maximum value realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive adoption of NextGen Firewall, Cloud, and Cortex security platforms.
• Act as a critical escalation point to proactively mitigate risks and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Support pre-sales activities by translating complex business requirements into actionable service capabilities.
• Track and report on key performance metrics including NPS, SLAs, and account health.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in high-touch, customer-facing service engagement management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proven expertise in delivering large technology programs in network security, cloud security, or security operations.
• Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and mediate conflict effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive management.
• Proficiency in CRM and customer success tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Jira.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of Prisma Cloud and Cortex automation platforms.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Clarizen, and Confluence.
