What you will do

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts across retail media, brand, and agency partnerships.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to clients, providing expertise on commerce media strategy and AI-driven optimization.
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, technical scoping, and commercial negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through industry events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into platform roadmap features.
  • Represent the company as a category expert in industry meetings and events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing commercial role such as sales, account management, or business development.
  • Deep domain knowledge in retail media, commerce media, adtech, or programmatic advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with Heads of Retail Media, VPs of Monetization, or agency commerce leads.
  • Experience navigating enterprise deals with ARR of $500K+.
  • Familiarity with onsite, offsite, and in-store activation, as well as closed-loop attribution.
