What you will do
- Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts across retail media, brand, and agency partnerships.
- Serve as a consultative partner to clients, providing expertise on commerce media strategy and AI-driven optimization.
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, technical scoping, and commercial negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through industry events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into platform roadmap features.
- Represent the company as a category expert in industry meetings and events.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing commercial role such as sales, account management, or business development.
- Deep domain knowledge in retail media, commerce media, adtech, or programmatic advertising.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with Heads of Retail Media, VPs of Monetization, or agency commerce leads.
- Experience navigating enterprise deals with ARR of $500K+.
- Familiarity with onsite, offsite, and in-store activation, as well as closed-loop attribution.
