Salary: $70k-90k + Commission

What you will do

• Manage and grow fragrance oil accounts across fine fragrance, home, and body care categories.
• Prospect and develop new client relationships with emerging and independent brands.
• Lead fragrance presentations, evaluations, and all follow-up communications.
• Coordinate with evaluators, perfumers, and operations teams to support client needs.
• Track client activity, development timelines, and commercial opportunities.
• Utilize internal AI-enabled tools and market insights to support client development efforts.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in a fragrance house or adjacent beauty industry.
• Experience supporting smaller or emerging clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client presentations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Passion for fragrance, branding, and consumer products.
