Salary: $72K - $80K base + bonus

What you will do
- Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals to achieve overall objectives in the Minneapolis market.
- Manage and inspire partnerships with distributors, food brokers, and major retailers including Walmart, Target, and Whole Foods.
- Conduct weekly route rides with DSD partners to identify opportunities for underperforming accounts.
- Implement incentive programs and execute new item launches and retail programs.
- Actively identify and open new accounts to expand shelf space and cooler placement.
- Collaborate with field-marketing teams to create comprehensive plans to increase market share.
Requirements
- Must live in the Twin Cities metro and be able to travel daily in the region.
- Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite; experience with Slack and Zoom is preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity in an early-stage startup environment.
- Strong planning, organization, and interpersonal communication skills.
