Location: Must be based in Europe (remote-first, 1 week/month in Berlin) or the United States (San Francisco preferred, but open to other US locations).

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global at conferences, meetups, and workshops across Europe and the US.
• Deliver technical talks and live demos on LLM engineering workflows, including tracing, evals, and prompt management.
• Create field-ready technical assets such as demo flows, workshop runbooks, and talk abstracts.
• Identify, organize, and execute high-quality technical events and community gatherings.
• Partner with ClickHouse field marketing and engineering teams to synchronize GTM efforts.
• Translate community feedback and event learnings into improved messaging, documentation, and product features.

Requirements

• Technical background as an engineer or technical operator capable of speaking credibly with experienced developers.
• Availability for significant travel across the US and Europe.
• Ability to deliver compelling technical presentations and handle unscripted technical Q&A.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and owning the event loop end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience in DevRel, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Advocacy.
• Proven track record of speaking at developer conferences or technical workshops.
• Active creator of technical content, open-source projects, or educational materials.
• Deep knowledge of LLM observability, agents, and AI developer tools.
