Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Develop and maintain living account strategies to align technical teams with long-term business objectives.
- Drive value-driven delivery, ensuring customers realize material business value from the platform rather than just hitting milestones.
- Lead and mentor a team of elite technical individual contributors, unblocking workflows and maintaining high delivery standards.
- Navigate complex enterprise politics and stakeholder landscapes to build multi-level relationships and drive consensus.
- Exercise decisive judgment to diagnose issues quickly and take corrective action under pressure.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully navigating high-pressure, complex technical implementations.
- Technical credibility and experience leading teams of high-expertise technical contributors.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for both operational and organizational challenges.
- Ability to master new industries or domains at an accelerated pace.
- High degree of independence and ability to thrive in autonomous, low hand-holding environments.
- Based in New York City (Hybrid) and available for regular travel to customer sites.
Nice to have
- Experience as a former CEO, COO, or Head of Delivery from technical product companies in complex environments.
- Background as a Senior Consultant leading technical delivery from strategy through to execution.
- Experience as a Technical Program Lead managing cross-functional teams on large-scale implementations.
