What you will do

• Define and refine the vision, operating model, and long-term strategy for the global AI Deployment Management organization.
• Lead and mentor second-line managers across Builder, Core, and Pilot deployment teams.
• Build repeatable deployment frameworks and scalable engagement models to accelerate customer adoption.
• Design and implement scalable processes, tooling, metrics, and governance models to improve deployment quality.
• Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Research leadership to align strategies with product evolution.
• Advocate for customer needs and operational insights to influence product roadmaps and priorities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading large-scale, customer-facing technical organizations through periods of rapid growth.
• Experience managing second-line leaders in technical deployment, customer success, or solutions architecture.
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI deployment workflows and platform technologies.
• Strong operational leadership experience in designing scalable systems and metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working within AI, developer platforms, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Codex, builder experiences, and AI-assisted software development.
• Experience leading globally distributed organizations across international markets.
