What you will do
- Lead client-facing pursuits to drive adoption and revenue for a net new HR Tech capability.
- Architect and execute an aggressive territory strategy to secure new customer meetings and long-term relationships.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial lead generation through negotiation and contracting.
- Engage strategically and consultatively with C-level executives, VPs, and key decision-makers.
- Perform deep research on prospective clients to deliver tailored, high-value sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Account, Solution, and Delivery teams to advance opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.

- Experience within the HR Technology sector.
- Proven success as a sales hunter in greenfield environments.
- Direct experience launching and selling net new B2B solutions to market.
- Ability to navigate and close complex deals with executive-level decision-makers.
