TL;DR

Focus on optimizing the customer success lifecycle, expanding strategic accounts, and orchestrating cross-functional resources to ensure high product adoption and retention.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States), associated with St. Louis office

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Specialized Services team to ensure alignment with sales strategy and financial goals.
  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies for acquiring new business and expanding existing direct and indirect accounts.
  • Manage budgets and analyze ROIs of various activities to deliver against revenue goals.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior leadership at customer companies to drive cross-sell opportunities.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performance team of sales managers and professionals.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide customer feedback and influence the future product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in client-facing, strategic sales roles.
  • 7+ years of experience leading multi-layered sales teams.
  • Extensive experience overseeing multiple solutions in B2B and B2B2C environments.
  • Experience with technical or subscription software solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in B2B sales.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in highly regulated industries.
  • Experience managing multinational customer accounts.
  • Strong change management experience.
  • Master's or advanced degree.
