Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States), associated with St. Louis office

What you will do
- Lead and manage the Specialized Services team to ensure alignment with sales strategy and financial goals.
- Develop comprehensive growth strategies for acquiring new business and expanding existing direct and indirect accounts.
- Manage budgets and analyze ROIs of various activities to deliver against revenue goals.
- Establish strong relationships with senior leadership at customer companies to drive cross-sell opportunities.
- Recruit and develop a high-performance team of sales managers and professionals.
- Partner with internal teams to provide customer feedback and influence the future product roadmap.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in client-facing, strategic sales roles.
- 7+ years of experience leading multi-layered sales teams.
- Extensive experience overseeing multiple solutions in B2B and B2B2C environments.
- Experience with technical or subscription software solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in B2B sales.
Nice to have
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in highly regulated industries.
- Experience managing multinational customer accounts.
- Strong change management experience.
- Master's or advanced degree.
