What you will do

• Directly manage and nurture established partnerships to increase adoption of hirify.global.
• Evaluate strategic and economic impacts of opportunities and prioritize efforts based on potential impact.
• Lead all aspects of deal execution, from structuring to negotiating and legal contracting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Build and maintain key relationships with C-level executives.
• Contribute to the platform partnership strategy and build scalable engagement models.

Requirements

• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales objectives.
• Location: Candidates in Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth) are specifically considered.
• 2+ years of partner sales experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience on the service side of the automotive industry preferred.
• Ability and flexibility to travel frequently.
• Previous SaaS experience preferred.
