What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy for core platform components including data ingestion, quality, and persistence layers.
• Translate complex architectural patterns and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate technical feasibility, scalability, and maintainability of proposed solutions.
• Conduct competitive research to identify differentiators and evangelize product features to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical resource to unblock delivery teams by balancing client requirements with architectural constraints.
• Ensure platform capabilities are well-documented, versioned, and consumable for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or Platform Product Ownership.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of FHIR, HL7, RESTful APIs, and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Ability to read, write, and reason through code to validate technical decisions and review architecture proposals.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in cloud-native environments like Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Proven experience delivering complex software products in healthcare or enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems or data platforms.
• Familiarity with observability, logging, and system administration tools.
